Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods under the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). A clear statement to info@averalisse.com is sufficient — no reason has to be given.

Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Opened wellness products, cut-to-size timber and anything installed cannot be returned, because they can no longer be sold as new. The direct cost of return is borne by the customer; for pallet goods we can book the collection and invoice it at cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the original means of payment.

Warranty

Statutory liability for defects applies under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) — normally 2 years from delivery, extended to 5 years for goods intended to last considerably longer, such as a barrel sauna shell or an infrared cabin frame. Wear parts — door seals, heating elements, gaskets and timer switches — are consumables and wear out with use; they are stocked as spares rather than covered as defects.
