We deliver across Norway and the rest of Europe. The rate is shown at checkout before you place the order and depends on the weight of the whole order.

A bottle of sauna fragrance weighs a few hundred grams and a barrel sauna weighs several hundred kilos, so the rate is banded by the weight of the whole order rather than charged as one flat fee.

Heavy goods

Barrel saunas, infrared cabins and anything over 80 kg travel on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the door of the building or to the garden access point, not into the finished position. If access is tight, tell us before ordering and we will say what is realistic.

Times

Parcels leave us within 1–2 business days and reach a Norwegian address in 2–5 business days, or the rest of Europe in 4–10 business days. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead to agree a delivery window; allow 5–12 business days.

Damage in transit

Timber, glass and electrical components travel well but not perfectly. Check the pallet before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork, and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
